随着天津港货物吞吐量的快速增长,进出天津港北港池集装箱船的吨位明显增大,同时到港船舶的密度也将有很大增长。天津港北港池航道由于受到港池宽度的限制,船舶进出港掉头时都会占用航道而导致其他船舶不能通航,本文通过运筹学中的排队论理论对航道进行建模,分析北港池采用单向航道和双向航道对于船舶通过能力的影响,从而对北港池航道进行科学的评估。
With the rapid growth of the cargo throughput of Tianjin Port, the tonnage of container ships entering and leaving Tianjin Port North Port has remarkably increased, meanwhile, the density of vessels arriving in Hong Kong will also increase greatly. Because of the limit of harbor width, Tianjin Port North Bay Channel will occupy the navigation channel when the ship enters and exits the port, resulting in the failure of other ships to navigate. In this paper, the channel is modeled by the theory of queuing theory in operations research, And the impact of the two-way waterway on the passing capacity of the ship, so as to conduct a scientific assessment of the North Bay Channel.
