思想政治工作在非公有制企业中,不是一项可有可无的工作,它是经济工作和其他一切工作的生命线。但它只有围绕企业的中心工作任务,依靠非公有制企业党组织来开展,才能使它产生积极推动作用。
Ideological and political work is not an optional job in non-public-owned enterprises. It is the lifeline of economic work and all other work. However, only by focusing on the central task of the enterprise and relying on the non-public-owned enterprise and party organizations can it give a positive impetus.
