目的探讨乳腺局部减薄摄影方法的临床应用,提高乳腺疾病的影像诊断准确率。方法对86例患者采用局部减薄摄影方法,方法为以肿块为中心,尽量用手移走肿块周围腺体组织,可拍摄侧位、斜位或头足位。结果 86例患者于乳腺局部减薄点片摄影后,肿块及其周围结构清晰显示。结论乳腺局部减薄点片摄影是诊断乳腺疾病简单而可靠的检查方法。 Objective To investigate the clinical application of breast thinning method to improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast diseases. Methods A total of 86 patients were treated with local thinning photography. The method was to take the mass as the center, and try to remove the glandular tissue around the tumor by hand, which could record the lateral position, oblique position or head-foot position. Results 86 cases of local thinning in the mammary glands point photography, the mass and its surrounding structure clearly shown. Conclusion Local thinning breast film photography is a simple and reliable method of diagnosis of breast disease.
