聚乙烯塑料管具有耐酸、耐碱、耐磨,化学性能稳定,加热后变软易成型的优点,十几年来,我们在制剂工作中,用它制成大型输液除炭滤球、安瓿冲洗器等,很能解决问题。一、除炭滤球的制作与使用截取一段长约11 cm,直径1.8～2.0 cm,管壁厚约3 mm 左右的聚乙烯塑料管,在酒精灯上加热熔封一端,然后将已熔封的一端均匀加热,待管壁变软后,用嘴从另一端轻轻吹气,使慢慢吹成球形,立即放入冷水内,冷却定型,再用烧红的输血针头刺成多孔样,另一端,接一玻璃管,如图1。用时,以长纤维脱脂棉包在球形外部,一个球用棉约45 g 左右。棉球过大不易包扎紧,影响除炭效果;棉球过小除炭效果也受影响,且滤速减慢。注意棉花要铺均匀,不可有缝隙,棉花外再包一层纱布,用棉线绳扎紧,如图2。从1965年以来,我们一直就采用这种除
