游遍江南清丽地,人生只合住杭州。杭州自古享有“上有天堂,下有苏杭”的美誉。近几年来,杭州市政府提出了“住在杭州”的口号,要充分利用杭州独特的湖光山色,将其建设成为最适宜居住的地方,作为这个温软的城市的一种区域特色。 最近,杭州获得联合国人居奖,成为中国为数不多的获得这一全世界人居环境改善最高奖项的城市。但自去年下半年杭州房价一路猛涨,且涨幅颇大,那么,杭州房价为何如此快速上涨,今后的走势又将如何呢?
Travel through the southern Qing Dynasty, living only Hangzhou. Since ancient times, Hangzhou enjoys the reputation of “having heaven on top and Suzhou on its own”. In recent years, the Hangzhou government has put forward the slogan of “living in Hangzhou.” To make full use of Hangzhou’s unique lakes and mountains, it will be built into the most livable place as a regional characteristic of this soft city. Recently, Hangzhou won the UN Habitat Award, making it one of the few cities in China to receive the highest award for improving the world’s living environment. However, since the second half of last year, Hangzhou prices soared all the way, and a substantial increase, then why Hangzhou prices so rapidly rising trend in the future how?
