只为改名,一位河南籍大学生与当地公安局展开了的7年“博弈”,甚至还把公安局告上了法庭,结果败诉而归。2006年6月,他有了一个更大胆的举措——闫才源——安徽省阜阳市职业技术学院的一名河南籍大学生,遭遇了一场长达7年的改名困扰:想将姓名改为自己中意的“闫宇奥能”,却被河南省焦作市公安部门“拒绝”。2005年4月25日,闫才源以享有公民姓名权为由,把焦作市公安局推上被告席。他希望通过这场诉讼,能给长达7年的改名经历划上一个圆满句号。然而,他再度失望了——一审法院驳回了他的更名申请。
