新一轮课程改革,提倡教学方式、学习方式都要进行相应的转变。教师要从课堂的主导者,变为课堂的引导者与组织者。学生要从接受式学习转变为发现式学习,倡导自主、合作、探究的学习方式。这意味着,传统的课堂教学模式亟待变革。在丰富的课改实践中,结合相关的教学理论,在学校校长指导下,经过教师们长期的教学研究,总结出一套适合我校校情的教学方法,及“四步自主法”。并通过一线教师的课堂实践得以证实对学生的学习能力有较强的提高。根据本人课堂运用与亲身体验,现将这一心得介绍大家,与之一同分享。
A new round of curriculum reform, advocating teaching methods, learning methods must be changed accordingly. Teachers from the classroom leader, into a classroom leader and organizer. Students should change from accepting learning to discovering learning and advocating autonomous, cooperative and exploratory learning. This means that the traditional classroom teaching mode needs to be changed urgently. In the rich curriculum reform practice, combined with the relevant teaching theory, under the guidance of the school principals, after a long time teaching and research by the teachers, a set of teaching methods suitable for the school affection of our school are summarized and the “four-step autonomous law” . And through the front-line teacher’s classroom practice to prove that students have a stronger ability to learn. According to my class use and personal experience, this experience is now introduced to share with you.
