北京温都水城鲍鱼岛坐落在北京市昌平区北七家镇平西王府温都水城四面环水的湖心岛上。岛上小桥流水,风景怡人,具有接待住宿和餐饮宴会、娱乐功能。这里的餐饮即有厨师精心制作的鲍鱼、鱼翅、海参等高档精品菜肴,也有与周围小桥流水的秀丽风光相配的田园式家常菜肴。由厨师长何伟带领的厨房10多位厨师,菜肴在保持传统口味基础上,在求新求变上下工夫。他们结合鲍鱼岛餐饮的接待特点,在菜肴精工制作上创新。使家常菜即保持家常口味,又提高制作精细度,造型更美观。有些菜肴稍加变化,提高了菜肴本身内涵,如新老醋花生,用鲜生花生,减少了油脂摄入,口感更新。
