随着初中基础英语教育的不断改革,由应试教育向素质教育转变。每一次变革都会出现一系列问题需要我们去面临、去思考、去解决,其中对教师最直接的、最头痛的问题就是农村中学学生英语的两极分化,而能否减少甚至消灭这种令人头疼的两极分化,则是衡量一个英语教师教学质量的最重要的标志之一。由于两极分化的产生,导致了英语教学中“差生”艰难的补差问题。“差生”的补差,不是一朝一夕就能完成的,而是需要不断分析、制定一些“补差”对策。
