本文结合从莞高速福田互通G324国道跨线桥设计实例,首先阐述了装配式结构桥梁和整体式现浇结构桥梁特点及其适用条件;然后根据上述桥梁特点及适用条件,综合考虑桥梁跨径、变宽幅度和曲线半径确定了最优的桥梁设计方案;最后结合平曲线变宽段内主线预制小箱梁桥梁部分的设计,探讨了装配式结构桥梁平面布置、偏置基线方式、曲线变宽段设计、横坡调整、伸缩缝设置以及下部结构设计的方法。为高速公路变宽曲线桥梁设计提供了宝贵的经验。
Based on the design example of G324 national highway cross-country bridge from Futian high-speed interchange, firstly, the characteristics and the applicable conditions of the bridge with assembled structure and the cast-in-place bridge are elaborated. Then according to the characteristics and applicable conditions of the bridge, The width and radius of the curve determine the optimal design of the bridge. Finally, combining with the design of the prefabricated box girder bridge in the widened section of the flat curve, the paper discusses the layout of the fabricated bridge, Section design, cross slope adjustment, expansion joints and the design of the lower part of the structure. It provides valuable experience for the design of highway widening curve bridge.
