为探讨尖锐湿疣(CA)细胞凋亡与Fas、bcl-2表达的意义,对28例CA用TUNEL法原位检测角质形成细胞凋亡;用免疫组化法,观察Fas及bcl-2的阳性表达。24例(85.7%)有凋亡细胞,28例(100%)Fas阳性,bcl-2仅8例(28.6%)有中低度的表达。其凋亡指数(AI)、Fas及bcl-2阳性细胞指数与病情严重无显著性差异(P >0.05)。AI与Fas呈显著正相关(r=0.8491,P< 0.001),与bcl-2呈显著负相关(r=-0.4304,P< 0.01)。结果提示CA中角质形成细胞的凋亡可能在限制病毒的繁殖上起重要作用,Fas对凋亡具上调作用,bcl-2有抑制作用。
To investigate the significance of apoptosis and the expression of Fas and bcl-2 in condyloma acuminatum (CA) cells, the apoptosis of keratinocytes was detected by TUNEL in 28 cases of CA. Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the positive expression of Fas and bcl-2 expression. 24 (85.7%) had apoptotic cells, 28 (100%) were positive for Fas, and only 8 (28.6%) of bcl-2 had moderate and low expression. The apoptosis index (AI), Fas and bcl-2 positive cell index and the severity of the disease was no significant difference (P> 0.05). AI was positively correlated with Fas (r = 0.8491, P <0.001), but negatively correlated with bcl-2 (r = -0.4304, P <0.01). The results suggest that the apoptosis of keratinocytes in CA may play an important role in limiting the propagation of the virus. Fas may up-regulate the apoptosis and inhibit bcl-2.
