近年来,血液恶性肿瘤的发病率不断攀升,已成为严重危害人类健康的常见病、多发病。血液恶性肿瘤主要包括白血病、骨髓瘤、恶性淋巴瘤。其发病原因、遗传影响、早期诊断、有效治疗等问题一直是各国医学专家研究的热点。本项目以血液恶性肿瘤的临床诊断、治疗及疗效评价中面临的重大需求为目标,将纳米生物医学技术与血液恶性肿瘤诊治相结合,发展新型功能纳米材料,探索其在血液恶性肿瘤检测和诊断、免疫治疗及基因治疗方面的应用,为血液恶性肿瘤的诊治提供全新的技术和方法。
In recent years, the rising incidence of hematological malignancies has become a common disease and frequently-occurring disease that seriously endanger human health. Hematological malignancies include leukemia, myeloma, and malignant lymphoma.
