国內近二十年来有关沙門氏菌感染的文献中,多为腸炎沙門氏菌、猪霍乱沙門氏菌及副伤寒沙門氏菌等,其中又以猪霍乱沙門氏菌引起之食物中毒,有日漸增多之趋势。江西某地,1962年8月底发生过一次疾病流行,当地共17戶,64人,而发病受累者45例(另外尚有外地工作人員发病者11例)。我們曾赴現場进行了实地調查,并采取有关标本試驗。根据我們在临床症状和細菌学特性等方面的研究結果,認为是猪霍乱沙門氏菌所引起的食物中毒。茲将調查情况和实驗結果报告如下。
Salmonella enteritidis, Salmonella choleraesuis and Salmonella paratyphoid fever are the most common pathogens in the past 20 years in China. Among the literature on Salmonella infection, Salmonella enteritidis and Salmonella paratyphi are the most frequently reported food poisoning caused by Salmonella choleraesuis. Somewhere in Jiangxi Province, there was a prevalence of disease at the end of August 1962, with a total of 17 households and 64 people, while 45 patients were affected by the disease (in addition, there were 11 other cases of field staff incidence). We went to the scene to conduct a field survey and take the relevant specimen tests. According to our findings on clinical symptoms and bacteriological characteristics, it is considered as food poisoning caused by Salmonella choleraesuis. The survey results and experimental results are reported below.
