煤矿安全监控系统是矿井高产出、高效率、安全生产的重要保障。煤矿井下环境恶劣,矿井监控系统必须具有较强抗干扰能力、电器防爆、不采用中继器、远距离传输数据等高性能指标。本文结合USB接入技术的特点及煤矿监控系统的实际情况,讨论了一种新型的煤矿监控系统传输接口的设计思路和软件程序设计方法,较好地实现软件实时性和通信系统部分硬件通用性等方面的要求。
