职业性雷诺氏症候群的病理改变,多位于富有结缔组织的器官,如血管、骨骼、关节。在结缔组织诸成份中,葡糖胺聚糖(GAG)比胶元具有更高的代谢机能。作者测定了59名手部接触震动多年的工人24小时尿中GAG排出量。结果有29名工人24小时内平均排出8.3±1.5 mg,另30名工人24小时内平均排出4.1±1.4 mg。两组间有明显的统计学差异。前一组系清理工、弹簧工、锤工、造型工与锯木工,后一组为磨工、钻工及装配工,其尿中GAG排出量前一组明显较后一组为高。两组的差别系因前一组工人接触震动较多之故。作者还对24名手部接触震动的工人(hand former)以及不接触震动的对照者20人连续5天测定8小时工作时尿中GAG排出量。Hand former工尿中GAG平均排出量为4.344±0.17(标准误)mg,对
Pathological changes in occupational Raynaud’s syndrome, mostly in connective tissue organs, such as blood vessels, bones, joints. Among connective tissue components, glycosaminoglycan (GAG) has a higher metabolic function than collagen. The authors measured 24-hour urinary GAG excretion in 59 hands exposed to vibration for many years. As a result, 29 workers averaged 8.3 ± 1.5 mg within 24 hours and an average of 4.1 ± 1.4 mg in the other 30 workers within 24 hours. Significant statistical differences between the two groups. The former group of cleaning workers, spring workers, hammer workers, modeling workers and sawing workers, the latter group of workers, drilling and assembly workers, the urinary GAG in the former group was significantly higher than the latter group. The difference between the two groups is due to the former group of workers exposed to more vibration. The authors also measured urinary GAG excretion at 24 hours of work on 24 hand formers who had been exposed to hand shocks and 20 for non-vibrational controls for 5 consecutive days. The average GAG excretion in the urine of Hand former workers was 4.344 ± 0.17 (standard error) mg, yes
