采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的黄芪、王不留行、川芎进行了鉴别，采用双波长薄层扫描法以人参皂苷Rg1为指标进行了含量测定。方法回收率为97．54％，RSD=3．43％，玉仁丰乳丸中人参皂苷Rg1测定含量为0．55％（n=3）。方法准确，专属性强，可有效地控制该制剂的质量。
Thin-layer chromatography was used to identify Astragalus membranaceus, Smilax globulus, and Rhizoma Chuanxiong. The content of ginsenoside Rg1 was determined by dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning. The recovery rate of the method was 97.54%, RSD was 3.43%, and the content of ginsenoside Rg1 in Yurenfeng Milk Pill was 0.55% (n=3). The method is accurate, specific, and can effectively control the quality of the preparation.
