目的:探讨多爱肤敷料治疗糖尿病病人并发压疮的有效性,以寻找理想的治疗方法。方法:将30例Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期糖尿病并发压疮患者随机分为两组(实验组和对照组)其中实验组2 3例,对照组1 9例。实验组用多爱肤敷料治疗护理,对照组用氯霉素粉+红外线灯照射创面的方法治疗护理,在一年的治疗护理中,比较分析实验组和对照组压疮创面的疗效及创面愈合时间的长短。结果:多爱肤敷料治愈率+显效率91 . 3%,平均愈合时间1 5 .5 4±3 8天。氯霉素组两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P <0 . 0 5 )。实验组平均护理费用4 4 6元,对照组平均护理费用:874元。结论:多爱肤敷料治疗糖尿病并发压疮疗效显著,方法简单,可提高护理治疗,缩短住院时间,节省住院费用,改善患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the effectiveness of multi-skin dressing in the treatment of diabetic patients complicated with pressure ulcers in order to find the ideal treatment. Methods: Thirty patients with stage Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ diabetes mellitus complicated with pressure ulcer were randomly divided into two groups (experimental group and control group), 23 in experimental group and 19 in control group. The experimental group treated with multi-skin dressing, while the control group treated chloramphenicol + infrared light to treat the wounds. During the one-year treatment and nursing, the curative effect of pressure ulcer wounds and wound healing in the experimental group and the control group were compared The length of time. Results: The cure rate of multi-skin dressing + effective rate of 91.3%, the average healing time of 1.54 ± 38 days. Chloramphenicol group two groups have significant differences in the efficacy (P <0. 05). In the experimental group, the average nursing cost was 446 yuan while that in the control group was 874 yuan. Conclusion: The multi-loving dressing is effective in treating diabetic patients complicated with pressure ulcers. The method is simple and can improve nursing care, shorten hospitalization time, save hospitalization expenses and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worth popularizing and applying.
