目的:通过高效液相色谱-飞行时间质谱联用技术(HPLC-DAD-Q-TOF-MS),对蓝花参中化学成分进行分析鉴定。方法:蓝花参醇提物采用SinoChrom ODS-BP C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.5%乙酸水为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为268 nm,流速1 mL·min~(-1),柱温25℃。飞行时间质谱采用电喷雾离子源,在正、负离子模式下扫描采集数据。结果:首次采用液质联用技术对蓝花参进行分析,初步推断出6个化学成分,均为首次发现,分别是紫云英苷、芦丁、槲皮素-7-O-葡萄糖苷、橙皮苷、槲皮素、芹菜苷。结论:建立的蓝花参HPLC-DAD-Q-TOF-MS分析方法简便、快捷、准确,为其进一步研究提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To identify and identify the chemical constituents of Lysimachiae by HPLC-DAD-Q-TOF-MS. METHODS: The ethanol extract of Panax quinquefolium L. was chromatographed on a SinoChrom ODS-BP C 18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) using acetonitrile-0.5% acetic acid as mobile phase with gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 268 nm, The flow rate was 1 mL · min ~ (-1) and the column temperature was 25 ℃. Time of flight mass spectrometry electrospray ionization source, positive and negative ion mode scan acquisition data. Results: The first time using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) to analyze the blue ginseng, six chemical constituents were initially inferred, which were astanyl, rutin, quercetin- Hesperidin, quercetin, apigenin. Conclusion: The established HPLC-DAD-Q-TOF-MS method is simple, rapid and accurate and provides the basis for further research.
