近年来,随着我国法律制度规范的日趋完善,民众对于权利义务的法律意识也逐渐加强,对法律为其自身提供的保障也关注的更多,要求的更多。民乃国之根本,因此,加强对我国基本权利规范的建构进程也显得尤为重要。同时,这也是我国法律制度走向成熟和逐步完善的重要标志。本文重在于对我国基本权利规范的发展进行探究,提出相关意见和建议。
In recent years, with the legal system in our country becoming more and more perfect, people’s legal awareness of their rights and obligations has also been gradually strengthened. More and more attention has been paid to the protection that law provides for itself. Therefore, strengthening the process of constructing the norms of our country’s basic rights is even more important. At the same time, this is also an important symbol of the maturity and gradual improvement of our legal system. This article focuses on exploring the development of our country’s basic rights norms and putting forward relevant opinions and suggestions.
