我国高速铁路建设已经提上议事日程。当高速列车通过隧道时,由于强大的列车风的存在,隧道中工作人员的人身安全将面临危胁。本文在已知隧道断面平均风速时间过程极值的基础上,利用列车侧面风速剖面的简化模型,建立了隧道中人员安全退避距离与隧道断面底宽、风速标准等因素之间的关系,并据此提出了京沪高速铁路设计时隧道断面底宽和风速标准的建议值及与之对应的人员安全退避距离。
China’s high-speed railway construction has been put on the agenda. As the high-speed train passes through the tunnel, personal safety of the workers in the tunnel will be at risk because of the strong train wind. Based on the extremum of the mean time course of the wind speed in the tunnel section, this paper establishes a simplified model of the wind speed profile on the side of the train to establish the relationship between the safety retraction distance of the tunnel and the bottom width of the tunnel section and the wind speed standard. The proposed value of the bottom width and the wind speed of the tunnel section when the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway is designed and the corresponding staff safety retraction distance are proposed.
