通过对国内外起重机自重的比较,提出了我国起重机轻量化设计的必要性和迫切性。从设计理念、设计方法、材料、结构、机构、电气系统等方面阐述了桥式起重机轻量化设计的途径。结合目前我国桥式起重机轻量化设计研究进展,叙述了轻量化研究的相关项目和研究成果,预示了轻量化设计的趋势。对企业、监管部门、政府、用户在起重机轻量化进程中所扮演的角色和所起的作用进行了分析。为起重机轻量化设计和政策制定提供了有益的参考。
By comparing the deadweight of cranes at home and abroad, the necessity and urgency of lightweight design of cranes in our country are put forward. From the design concept, design method, material, structure, organization, electrical system and other aspects of the lightweight design of the bridge crane way. Combining with the research progress of light weight design of overhead traveling crane in our country, the related items and research results of light weight research are narrated, which indicate the trend of lightweight design. Analyzed the role played by enterprises, regulators, governments and users in the process of weight reduction of cranes and their roles. It provides a useful reference for the lightweight design and policy making of cranes.
