采用插有起搏器脉冲分析软件的微电脑三道心电图仪,直接描记脉冲波并自动显示频率、脉宽、振幅及衰减比率等参数,用于随访埋藏起搏器病人95例,共作脉冲分析232次。脉冲分析能辅助判断电池耗竭、导线绝缘层破坏、导线断裂或与起搏器接口松脱以及起搏器线路故障,特别是脉冲波形、抑幅及衰减比率三个参数为一般随访手段所不能检测,而对及时诊断处理却有较大帮助。本方法简便快捷,有临床应用价值。
