分拣出城市生活垃圾中的粗大垃圾可以避免生活垃圾环保再生煤生产线中其它设备遭到严重损坏。但目前,此分拣工作是由人工完成的。针对这一问题,文中设计了一种粗大生活垃圾分拣机构。为了正确地分析该机构的运动特性,本文首先用闭环矢量法建立了机构的位移方程、速度方程和加速度方程,然后利用SolidWorks软件和ADAMS软件建立了机构的虚拟样机模型,最后利用ADAMS软件对机构做了运动学仿真实验。实验结果表明:该机构可以成功完成粗大生活垃圾分拣工作,且运动平稳。
Sorting out coarse garbage from municipal solid waste can avoid serious damage to other equipment in the environmentally friendly recycled coal production line. But for now, this sort of work is done by hand. In response to this problem, the paper designed a coarse garbage sorting mechanism. In order to correctly analyze the movement characteristics of the mechanism, this paper first established the displacement equation, velocity equation and acceleration equation of the mechanism by the closed-loop vector method, and then established the virtual prototyping model of the mechanism by using SolidWorks software and ADAMS software. Finally, using the ADAMS software, Made a kinematic simulation experiment. The experimental results show that the organization can successfully finish the sorting of coarse household garbage and the movement is stable.
