在经济全球化的大环境下,愈发密集的生产活动的全球化并未使企业间的生产经营活动趋于平衡,因相同生产活动而形成的地理集群进一步加强,产业集群已成为当今市场竞争的主流。近年来,辽宁沿海经济带的开发成效显著,使得其产业集群取得了较好的发展。但由于经济发展的结构性矛盾仍然存在,导致辽宁省的产业集群未形成竞争优势,产业竞争力还有待提升。而作为经济发展的重要组成部分,中小企业如何通过产业集群的方式得到发展也是一个亟待解决的问题。本文将探讨辽宁中小企业在发展产业集群过程中所遇到的问题,并从外界环境与企业自身两个方面提出对策。
In the context of economic globalization, the globalization of increasingly intensive production activities has not brought the balance of production and operation among enterprises into consideration. The geographical clusters formed by the same production activities have been further strengthened and the industrial clusters have become the current market competition The mainstream. In recent years, remarkable achievements have been made in the development of Liaoning’s coastal economic belt, which has made its industrial cluster a good development. However, structural contradictions in economic development still exist, leading to the fact that Liaoning’s industrial clusters have not formed a competitive advantage and their industrial competitiveness needs to be improved. As an important part of economic development, how to develop small and medium-sized enterprises through industrial clusters is also a problem to be solved urgently. This article will explore the problems encountered by Liaoning SMEs in the process of industrial cluster development and put forward countermeasures from two aspects: external environment and enterprises themselves.
