从企业组织的角度来看,人力资源就是指与企业相关的所有人员,也就是各级经理、雇员、顾客等可提供潜在合作与服务的人力的总和。企业战略是对企业各种战略的统称,其中既包括竞争战略,也包括营销战略、发展战略、品牌战略、融资战略等等。本文通过分析人力资源管理在企业战略发展中的重要作用,提出了如何制定人力资源发展战略的建议。
From the point of view of the organization of an enterprise, human resources refer to the total number of people associated with an enterprise, that is, the total amount of manpower available for potential cooperation and service, such as managers, employees and customers at all levels. Business strategy is a collective term for all kinds of business strategies, including both competitive strategy, marketing strategy, development strategy, brand strategy, financing strategy and so on. By analyzing the important role of human resource management in the development of enterprise strategy, this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to formulate human resource development strategy.
