目的:探讨电子阴道镜在诊断宫颈疾病中的临床价值。方法:收集我院2008年～2010年156例宫颈疾病患者进行阴道镜检查并行宫颈组织活检,检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果:阴道镜在诊断宫颈病变中敏感度为83.7%,特异度为85.7%,漏诊率为3.26%,结论:电子阴道镜检查技术诊断宫颈疾病结果准确、操作方便、经济实惠、患者容易接受,具有较高的临床使用价值。
Objective: To explore the clinical value of electronic colposcopy in the diagnosis of cervical diseases. Methods: 156 cases of cervical diseases from 2008 to 2010 in our hospital were collected for colposcopy and biopsy of cervical tissue. The results of the examination were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The sensitivity, accuracy and accuracy of colposcopy in diagnosing cervical lesions were 83.7%, 85.7% and 3.26%, respectively. Conclusions: The results of colposcopy were accurate, easy to operate, economical and easy to accept, Has a high clinical value.
