目的探索图像定量分析技术在声带振动研究中的应用。方法应用计算机软件、分析60例正常人和20例单侧声带麻痹患者的动态喉镜图像。结果正常组声带振动均呈规律性,多数声门闭合完全;麻痹组声带振动均不规律,多数声门闭合不全,发声相声门最小面积(Amin)麻痹组明显大于正常组,而最大面积(Amax)两组间无显著性差异。结论动态喉镜计算机图像分析技术可用于声带振动功能的定量分析。
Objective To explore the application of image quantitative analysis in vocal cords vibration research. Methods The computer software was used to analyze dynamic laryngoscope images of 60 normal subjects and 20 unilateral patients with vocal cord paralysis. Results Vocal cord vibration of the normal group was regular and most of the glottis was closed completely. Vocal cord vibration was not regular in the paralyzed group, most of the glottis was closed incompletely, the Amin paralysis group was significantly larger than the normal group, while the maximal area (Amax There was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Dynamic laryngoscope computer image analysis technique can be used for quantitative analysis of vocal cord vibration function.
