我国《政府信息公开条例》的颁布实施,标志着我国政府信息公开工作步入法制化发展轨道,进入法制化发展时期,这无疑给政府信息重要组成部分的档案信息开放工作提供了前所未有的机遇与挑战。本文旨在通过中、法两国档案信息开放制度的比较研究,厘清异同,评析优劣,以资我国档案信息开放制度的构建提供借鉴。
