世界能源变革方兴未艾,未来全球新能源供应中,电、太阳能光伏发电将成为重要支柱。其中,海上风电有资源丰富、发电利用小时数高、不占用土地、不消耗资源和适宜大规模开发等特点,近几年欧美一些国家将风电开发的重点转向海上。2013年,全球海上风电增装机容量为172.1万千瓦,累计装机容量达到.7万千瓦,在全球总风电装机容量中占比2.1%。在国,风电已经成为第三大电源,陆上风电已进入成熟而海上风电正处于起步阶段,发展空间十分广阔。
The world’s energy transformation is in the ascendant. In the future, the world’s new energy supply, electricity, solar photovoltaic power generation will be an important pillar. Among them, offshore wind power is rich in resources, generating high utilization hours, occupying land, not consuming resources and suitable for large-scale development. In recent years, some countries in Europe and the United States have shifted the focus of wind power development to the sea. In 2013, the global installed capacity of offshore wind power generators was 1,721,000 kilowatts, with a total installed capacity of 70,000 kilowatts, accounting for 2.1% of the total global installed wind power capacity. In the country, wind power has become the third largest power source, onshore wind power has entered a mature stage and offshore wind power is in its infancy, and the space for development is very broad.
