创新是人类社会发展与进步的永恒主题。开展创新教育活动,培养幼儿的创新能力,就必须从娃娃开始,这是在新的形势下我们幼教工作者共同面临的课题。那么,我们该如何来培养幼儿的创新能力呢?一、运用多种方法,培养创新能力第一,激发思考的欲望。如《小兔子为什么来晚了》教学中,教师提问:“小兔子还没来,到底会发生什么事呢?”《够葡萄》教学中,教师反问幼儿:“你能帮小兔够到葡萄吗?”教师焦急的表情,急切的话语,鼓励的动作,能激发幼儿积极思考,寻找答案。第二,设计启发性问题。通过提问调动孩子的求知欲望,引导幼儿积极思考,一定要注意问题的提出要符合幼儿的认知水平和生活经验,不能太难或过于简单,应是通过教师的启发指导和幼儿的思考能够回答出来的。

To carry out innovative education activities and to cultivate young children’s innovative abilities, we must start with the dolls. Second, design enlightening questions. To mobilize the children’s knowledge and desire by asking questions and guide the children to think positively, we must pay attention to the problem proposed to meet the cognitive level and life experience of children, not too difficult or too simple, should be inspired by the guidance of teachers and children’s thinking can answer from.
