日本钢管公司福山厂6号板坯连铸机设有快速更换厚度装置,可浇铸3种厚度(220、250、300mm)的板坯,因此,可根据铸坯用途和铸机浇铸能力等选择浇铸厚度。最近,该厂为了降低厚板产品无损检查不合格率,进行了300mm厚铸坯最佳轻压下条件的试验研究,取得了满意的结果。该连铸机为1/2弯型,浇注板坯的宽度为675~2100mm,最大铸速为3.0m/min。为了防止铸坯产生内部缺陷,采用小的分割辊进行多点矫直,并且配置有17米长的轻压下区。在试验时,使轻压下率由0.9mm/m的变化到1.2mm/m,以研究铸坯中心部分的偏析情况及轧制后厚板产品的无损检查不合格
