目的观察宝曲对兔实验性动脉粥样硬化的治疗作用。方法将健康的日本大耳白兔24只,随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、宝曲组各8只。空白对照组:普通饲料喂养;模型对照组:高脂饲料(普通饲料+10g/L胆固醇+80g/L猪油)喂养;宝曲A组:高脂饲料喂养共喂养5周,给药7周。于给药7周末观察各组家兔主动脉组织病理学改变并观察其病变治标。结果空白组无内膜增厚和脂质沉积;高脂组内膜增厚最显著,斑块内酯增加,含大量泡沫细胞;宝曲组给药前后个数据差值与模型组比较差异显著均有统计学意义。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Baoqu on experimental atherosclerosis in rabbits. Methods Twenty-four healthy Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group and Baoqu group. The control group was fed with normal diet; the model control group was fed with high-fat diet (normal feed + 10g / L cholesterol + 80g / L lard); Baoqu group A: fed with high fat diet for 5 weeks, . At the end of 7th week of administration, pathological changes of aorta in rabbits in each group were observed and their symptoms were observed. Results There was no intimal thickening and lipid deposition in the blank group. The intimal thickening was the most significant in the hyperlipidemia group and plaque lactone was increased with a large number of foam cells. The differences of the data before and after treatment in the Baotue group were significantly different from those in the model group All have statistical significance.
