研究了异辛醇、仲辛醇、TBP和酒精作为改性剂对N235从镍钼矿酸浸液中萃取Mo的作用,并确定了最佳萃取温度和时间以及反萃剂浓度和反萃时间。结果表明,TBP消除萃取过程所产生第三相的效果最佳,是最适宜的改性剂。最佳萃取体系组成(体积分数)为20%N235+20%TBP+煤油,该萃取体系在20℃时萃Mo效果最佳,60s内即达到萃取平衡;经三级逆流萃取后,该萃取体系对Mo的萃取率为98.84%。反萃剂氨水的最佳浓度为8mol/L,反萃达到平衡所需时间为5min;经两级逆流反萃后,氨水可将99%以上的Mo反萃下来。
The effects of n-octanol, sec-octanol, TBP and alcohol as modifiers on the extraction of Mo from N235 molybdenum acid leaching solution were studied. The optimum extraction temperature and time, stripping agent concentration and stripping time . The results showed that TBP was the most suitable modifier to eliminate the third phase produced by the extraction process. The optimal extraction system composition (volume fraction) was 20% N235 + 20% TBP + kerosene. The extraction system had the best extraction effect of Mo at 20 ℃ and the extraction equilibrium reached within 60s. After three-stage countercurrent extraction, The extraction rate of Mo was 98.84%. The optimum concentration of stripping agent ammonia is 8mol / L, and the time required for the stripping to reach equilibrium is 5min. After two countercurrent stripping, the ammonia can be stripped over 99% of the Mo.
