利用Fluent-CFD软件对带射流孔板扰流柱-微窝梯形收缩通道的流动和换热特性进行数值研究,分析扰流柱和微窝排布对压力损失和换热强化的影响。研究结果表明,扰流柱-微窝结构有利于换热的强化,同时也导致通道内进出口压力降的提升。扰流柱-微窝的排布方式对于通道内的压力损失和换热强化有一定的影响,随着微窝直径和深度的增加,扰流柱-微窝结构的强化换热效果得到增强,综合冷却系数有一定幅度的降低。
Fluent-CFD software was used to numerically study the flow and heat transfer characteristics of the spoiler-micro-cellular trapezoid shrink tunnel with a jet orifice, and the influence of the spoiler column and the micro-dipping arrangement on the pressure loss and heat transfer enhancement was analyzed. The results show that the interference column - micro-nest structure is conducive to the enhancement of heat transfer, but also lead to the channel inlet and outlet pressure drop increase. The arrangement of the spoiler-microcenters has some influence on the pressure loss and heat transfer enhancement in the channel. With the increase of microcells diameter and depth, the enhanced heat transfer effect of the spoiler-microwells structure is enhanced, The overall cooling coefficient has a certain degree of reduction.
