通过五年定点和不定点的连续调查,初步看出,平菇“干散”菌种的发生率与品种有关,与灭菌方式有关。其发生规律酷似植物病害流行曲线,从而提示我们以植物病理学的研究方法对其进行原因分析。但是,在日常的研究和生产中,这种现象常被解释为菌种老化和退化。那么导致这一现象发生的原因是什么呢?是菌种本身的生物学问题,还是其它什么原因?或二者兼具?对此进行了多次重复实验,现初报如下。一、材料和方法 1.品种糙皮侧耳(Pleurotus ostre-atus,Accc 5154)、紫孢侧耳(P.sapidusACCC 5155)、佛罗里达侧耳(P.florida,ACCC 5165)、凤尾菇(P.saju-caju, Accc
Through five years of fixed-point and indefinite continuous survey, initially found that the incidence of Pleurotus ostreatus bacteria species and varieties, and sterilization methods. Its law of occurrence resembles the epidemic curve of plant diseases, which prompts us to analyze the causes of plant pathology. However, in routine research and production, this phenomenon is often interpreted as strain aging and degradation. So what is the cause of this phenomenon? Is the biology of the strain itself, or what other reasons? Or both? To this repeated experiments conducted, the first report is as follows. I. MATERIALS AND METHODS 1. Breurotus ostre-atus (Accc 5154), P. sapidus ACCC 5155, Florida florida (ACCC 5165), P. saju- caju, Accc
