邮电部电话交换技术专业情报网第5次全国大会暨第21次交流会于1994年6月20～24日在成都市召开。参加这次会议的有部内外65个单位116名代表,大会共收到交流论文22篇,其中有14篇在大会上作了介绍,会议期间还有邮电部第一研究所总工程师刘锡明和邮电部情报中心交流处处长孟凡胜分别作了当前国内外通信方面的专题报告。 会议最后进行了正、副网长单位改选,根据邮电部情报中心的提议,通过民主协商推选湖北省邮电管理局为下届电话交换技术专业情报网的网长单位,邮电部第一研究所、北京市内电话局、邮电部第十研究所和安徽省邮电科研所为副网长单位。
The 5th National Congress of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications Telephone Exchange Technology Information Network and the 21st Meeting were held in Chengdu from June 20 to June 24, 1994. There were 116 representatives from 65 units inside and outside this department. The conference received 22 exchange papers, of which 14 were introduced at the conference. During the conference, Liu Ximing, chief engineer of the First Institute of Posts and Telecommunications Meng Fan-sheng, director of the exchange department of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, made a special report on the current communications at home and abroad respectively. According to the proposal of the Information Center of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, Hubei Provincial Posts and Telecommunications Administration was elected by the democratic consultation as the chief unit for the next telephone exchange of technical intelligence information network, the first institute of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, Beijing Municipal Bureau of telephone, Telecommunication Research Institute and the Tenth Research Institute of Anhui Province vice president of units.
