目的:探讨嗜铬素A(Chromogranin A,CgA)阳性神经内分泌细胞在慢性前列腺炎发病机制中的作用。方法:应用SP免疫组化染色技术检测76例前列腺增生标本(伴慢性炎症43例,不伴33例)前列腺上皮CgA的表达。结果:炎症组中CgA在前列腺上皮中等表达和强表达者共7例;非炎症组中CgA在前列腺上皮中等表达和强表达者共1 3例(χ~2=5.145,P<0.05)。结论:CgA在慢性前列腺炎前列腺上皮中表达较非炎症组减低,CgA阳性神经内分泌细胞功能改变可能是慢性前列腺炎的发病机制之一。
Objective: To investigate the role of Chromogranin A (CgA) -positive neuroendocrine cells in the pathogenesis of chronic prostatitis. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of prostate CgA in 76 specimens of benign prostatic hyperplasia (43 with chronic inflammation without 33). Results: In the inflammation group, there were 7 cases with moderately expressed CgA in the prostatic epithelium and 13 cases with moderately expressed CgA in the prostatic epithelium (χ ~ 2 = 5.145, P <0.05). Conclusion: The expression of CgA in prostatic epithelium of chronic prostatitis is lower than that of non-inflammatory group, and the change of CgA-positive neuroendocrine cells may be one of the pathogenesis of chronic prostatitis.
