本文将数值逼近中提出的提高曲线最小二乘拟合精度的扰动法应用于挠性转子动平衡量的计算中,解决了影响系数法平衡转子时经常遇到的个别点残余振动较大的问题。并通过一个实例进行验证。与计算转子平衡量的最小二乘法,加权最小二乘法及文献[3]作者提出的优化计算法进行了比较。结果证明该方法效果明显,应用简便,适合工程应用。
In this paper, the perturbation method proposed in numerical approximation to improve the least-square fitting accuracy of the curve is applied to the calculation of the dynamic balance of flexible rotors, and the problem that the residual vibration of the individual points is often encountered when the influence coefficient method balances the rotor is solved . And through an example to verify. It is compared with the least squares method to calculate the balance of the rotor, the weighted least square method and the optimization calculation method proposed by the author [3]. The results show that the method is effective, easy to use and suitable for engineering application.
