去年,我随中央企业工委企业文化培训团赴德国进行企业文化培训考察。在德国期间,先后考察了法兰克福、海德堡、柏林等城市的一些企业,会见了大众汽车公司、西门子公司、戴姆勒-克莱斯勒(奔驰)公司等企业负责人,听取了他们的专题讲座,并到生产现场进行考察,尤其是听取了德累斯顿大学教授关于德国企业现状、德国企业文化状况、奔驰公司与克莱斯勒公司合并中的文化冲突与整合及德国企业文化的典型案例的专题课,对德国企业文化有了比较深入的了解和认识。
