采用盆栽基质培,研究了不同盐浓度下,硒对生菜不同生育期植株生物量、根冠比和茎粗的影响。结果表明,单用盐处理显著降低生菜植株生物量、根冠比、茎粗。不同盐浓度下加硒,均能不同程度地减轻盐对生菜的胁迫作用,表现为生菜植株生物量和茎粗的增加。生菜生长的前期和中期,低盐、高盐胁迫下加硒处理均增加了植株的根冠比,后期高盐浓度下加硒处理,除了1.5mg/kg硒处理比高盐对照下根冠比增加外,其它加硒处理使根冠比降低。
Pot culture was used to study the effects of selenium on plant biomass, root / shoot ratio and stem diameter at different growth stages of lettuce under different salt concentrations. The results showed that single salt treatment significantly reduced the biomass, root-shoot ratio and stem diameter of lettuce plants. Adding selenium under different salt concentrations can alleviate salt stress on lettuce to different extents, showing the increase of biomass and stem diameter of lettuce plants. In the early and middle stages of lettuce growth, selenium treatment under low salt and high salinity stress increased root / shoot ratio of plants and added selenium under high salt concentration in the late stage.
