自我评价是一种激发学生积极向上心理的策略。学生进行自我评价能够让学生更加深刻地面对自己的缺点和优点,更容易找到改善缺点的方法。在小学英语教学过程中,应该充分发挥学生自我评价的主体作用,积极培养他们自我评价的意识,引导学生对英语学习过程中的知识要点进行自查,从另外一方面来考察学生对英语教学内容的接受程度,与此同时,学生进行自我评价还可以反应出学生对于英语学习的兴趣态度、喜欢与否,以及学习英语的方法方式,更能够培养学生的思维能力,激发他们学习英语的动力。
