Archives is a historical record of all social activities of people. It is a material with different forms and different carriers such as texts, diagrams, audio and video that are preserved and utilized. It plays a decisive role in the history of the development of human civilization. As far as the archives themselves are concerned, it is a static thing that can not produce any benefit.
