本文从培训模式、管理方式、培训资源开发利用等技术层面,探讨分析秦巴山区中小学教师校本培训问题,认为实行继续教育多种模式的优化组合,是实现校本培训目标的现实选择;建立规范有序、严而有格、活而不乱的继续教育管理机制,校本培训目标的重要保证;建立适应本校教师专业发展的培训资源库,校本培训目标不可或缺的重要条件。
This article analyzes the school-based training of primary and secondary school teachers in Qinba Mountain area from the technical aspects such as training mode, management mode and development and utilization of training resources, and considers that the optimal combination of multiple modes of continuing education is the realistic choice to achieve the school-based training goal. Orderly, strict and qualified, live and chaotic continuous education management mechanism, school-based training objectives an important guarantee; to establish the school’s professional development of teachers training resources, school-based training objectives an indispensable important condition.
