目的建立测定防晒霜优白中纳米二氧化钛含量的方法。方法分别通过灰化及湿法消解前处理防晒霜后,应用二安替比林甲烷比色法测定吸光度,采用标准曲线法定量计算钛元素含量,并对方法稳定性、精密度及回收率进行考察。结果灰化法测定钛元素含量均值为样品标示量的48.37%,RSD为1.25%(n=6)。湿法消解测定钛离子含量均值为样品标示量的90.09%,RSD为1.67%(n=6),显色稳定性好,RSD为0.01%(n=6),精密度高,RSD为0.36%(n=6),回收率高。结论纳米二氧化钛经湿法消解处理后,钛元素含量为标示量90.09%,符合纳米二氧化钛表面涂复比例,即该方法可有效消化纳米二氧化钛包裹体,应用二安替比林甲烷比色法测定吸光度方法专属性好,可用于安全质量控制。
Objective To establish a method to determine the content of nano-TiO2 in sunscreen cream. Methods After the sunscreen creams were treated by ashing and wet digestion respectively, the absorbance was measured by the diantipyryl methane colorimetric method.
