对20年(1970.1～1989.12)6856例住院心脏病构成比进行统计分析,划分为70年代前期,70年代后期,80年代前期,80年代后期四个时期。结果表明:风心病构成比呈逐渐下降趋势;高血压病在80年代为各类心脏病的首位;冠心病在70年代及80年代均为第三位;而不明原因的心律失常由70年代前期的第十位(1.20％)增至第四位(14.95％)。并对年龄,性别,心脏病病死率等进行了分析。
Statistical analysis of 6856 hospitalized heart disease comparisons in 20 years (1970.1 ~ 1989.12) were divided into four phases: pre-70s, late 70s, early 80s and late 80s. The results showed that the constituent ratio of rheumatic heart disease gradually decreased; hypertension was the first in all kinds of heart disease in the 1980s; coronary heart disease was the third place in the 1970s and the 1980s; and the unexplained arrhythmia was changed from the early 1970s Tenth place (1.20%) to fourth place (14.95%). And analysis of age, gender, heart disease mortality and so on.
