一、热养护改造问题的提出对于离心混凝土管桩、电杆这一类长管状的混凝土制品,不少工厂是采用内通蒸汽的热养方式。这种开放式的蒸养方式设施简单、投产容易,但存在下述问题: 1.要散失大部分蒸汽,当混凝土管桩内壁温度上升到接近或等于蒸汽流的温度时,蒸汽的凝结放热效应还要下降以至停顿下来。所以,当以同样压力的蒸汽自始至终连续供汽热养时,后期的蒸汽效益就将更低。又因钢模外侧没有保温层,也要散热。所以,总的说来,这种养护的蒸汽热能利用率是很低的。
