激励一直是管理学当中的重要研究方向,在人力资源管理日渐受到重视的今天,激励也成为了企业管理者工作的重点。企业也只有根据自身的实际情况,改变思维模式,真正建立起适合企业特色、时代特点和员工需求的开放的激励机制,才能在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败。本文从激励理论出发,对企业建立激励机制提出了相应的对策建议。
Incentive has always been an important research direction among the management sciences. Nowadays, human resources management has received more and more attention. Incentives have also become the focus of the work of enterprise managers. Only in accordance with their own actual conditions, changing the mode of thinking, and truly establish suitable for business characteristics, characteristics of the times and staff needs an open incentive mechanism, in order to fierce competition in the market remain undefeated. Starting from incentive theory, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for establishing incentive mechanism for enterprises.
