自闭症是起病于3岁之前的一种广泛性发育障碍,是严重的精神残疾,自闭症给整个社会及家庭带来沉重的负担.对于自闭症的治疗,目前仍没有特效药,只有依靠综合训练来改善.自闭症的发生与氧化应急及炎症反应有关,自闭症患者存在炎症反应异常[1],表现为致炎细胞因子增多,这些致炎因子与自闭症患者缺乏社交能力,抵抗新事物以及睡眠紊乱等症状存在相关[2]。
