本文叙述了低温容器抽真空困难的原因及解决措施。介绍了抽真空新工艺的主要特点和在1升至70米~3多层绝热低温容器的工业生产中推广应用情况。应用结果表明:产品采用新工艺抽空,抽空时间仅为常规工艺的二分之一到十分之一,获得的夹层真空度和材料出气量都有较大幅度地改善;延长了产品真空寿命,降低了生产成本;同时,产品性能提高15%以上,取得了较显著的经济效益。
This article describes the reasons for the difficulties of vacuum evacuation in cryogenic vessels and their solutions. The main features of the new vacuum extraction process and its application in the industrial production of 1 - 70 m ~ 3 multi - layer adiabatic cryogenic vessel are introduced.
