Starting with the concept of correctly distinguishing between performance appraisal and performance management, the article analyzes the existing problems in enterprise performance appraisal work at present stage and puts forward the methods and key links in carrying out performance appraisal scientifically. The research of the article has important reference meaning for managers to improve the performance management level of the enterprise.
